Successful ISO 9001 certification: Another milestone for the Triopt Group!
We have been continuously striving to fulfill the high requirements of ISO 9001 since 2018 and are pleased to have successfully passed the certification again. This marks our second successful recertification since the initial issue in 2018 – clear proof of our consistent quality management and our commitment to continuous improvement!
The Triopt Group not only faced the regular audits, but also integrated the e-mobility department into the certification process for the first time. New processes and interfaces had to be adapted and included in the existing quality management system. The biggest challenges were to pass the recertification with many new processes and at the same time set the course for the future.
“The renewed certification shows that we as a company are continuously working on the further development and improvement of our processes,” explains Frank Feser, Head of Quality Management. “My thanks go to all colleagues who have contributed their commitment and expertise to this long process.”
In particular, the integration of the new corporate structure is a key task for the coming years.
Challenges mastered – future in sight
With a view to the next ISO certification, we have set ourselves major goals that now need to be implemented. The new structure is to be fully integrated into our quality management system, new processes are to be developed and implemented sustainably and interface processes are to be optimized and designed efficiently. We want to use these measures to further develop our company and continuously improve the quality of our services.
Our new CEO, Nils Ermert, who experienced the certification for the first time in his new role, is also impressed: “The successful ISO 9001:2015 certification is a strong sign of our quality and our future viability. I am proud to be part of a team that works with such dedication and professionalism.”
