Triopt Group welcomes Nils Ermert as second Managing Director.
The Triopt Group has a new dual leadership: Nils Ermert is taking over the management of the company as equal Managing Director alongside Jörg Dahms. Following the exit of Patric de Valk at the beginning of the year, vitronet Holding decided to fill the open position of Managing Director. Jörg Dahms, who put Ermert forward as his preferred candidate, suggested the contact to vitronet. After Ermert learned of the interest, he took up the talks without hesitation and is now looking forward to the new challenge.
Ermert, 43 years old and based in Essen, has extensive experience and a wide network in the telecommunications industry. After studying business informatics at the University of Siegen, he started his career as a software developer and then moved to Vodafone, where he first came into contact with the Triopt Group. During the major project “Inception”, he got to know the Triopt Group and Dahms, and later his role as Director Program & Partner Management at Deutsche Giga Access led to another close collaboration with Triopt – this time in the area of fiber optic planning and roll-out.
Ermert has clear goals in his new role: “I look forward to working with Jörg to further develop the Triopt Group. Our aim is to diversify the customer structure and to use my network strategically in order to continue to create sustainable growth,” says Nils Ermert.
Jörg Dahms, who will continue to function as Managing Director, sees great potential in the work together: “With Nils at my side, we have a strong foundation for the coming years. We share the same vision of taking the Triopt Group to the next level. I am looking forward to great teamwork and to realizing our ideas together.”
The specific responsibilities will be defined in a dynamic process, while the dual leadership will start with a clear focus on further growth and strategic development. With this new management, the Triopt Group is strengthening its position as a solution-oriented provider in the areas of telecommunications and innovative infrastructure projects.”
