What once began in a small office in Ratingen has now grown into an impressive company with over 370 employees, with headquarters in Moers and further locations in Duisburg and Romania.

An insight into our company history.
TriOpt GmbH was founded by Jörg Dahms and Patric de Valk in July 2010. With their first offices in the D2 Park in Ratingen, they made a successful start in the telecommunications industry.
Then, in 2014, the acquisition of Joker Personaldienstleistungen GmbH from Düsseldorf took place. The acquisition of the personnel service provider enabled Triopt to guarantee flexible staff deployment and expand its range of services. In 2018, the company was renamed TriJobs GmbH.
The founding of TriPro GmbH in 2015 marked another important step. The company was now able to plan extensive projects and produce professional CAD drawings.
In 2018, the TriPro GmbH portfolio was expanded to include metal construction. For this purpose, a production hall was set up in Ratingen, where welding work and other metal construction services were carried out.
The foundation of Triopt-Bau GmbH in the same year was a strategic decision to further diversify the range of services and to meet the growing demand for the expansion of digital infrastructure.
Through the integration of AKT GmbH Alternativer Kabel- Tief- und Straßenbau from Duisburg, Triopt-Bau was able to increase its capacities and resources to meet the growing demand for fibre optic expansion.
In 2019, Triopt GmbH’s new headquarters in Moers Genend was completed and occupied. The move from Ratingen marked a significant step for the company. The new headquarters comprises an office complex as well as a combination of a production hall for metal construction and a warehouse for telecommunications technology.
In the same breath, the management decided to merge all four companies under the brand “Triopt Group”. The aim was to combine all the strengths and synergies of the individual companies in order to be able to offer customers a comprehensive range of services from a single source.
In 2020, Triopt Group decided to further expand its capacities by establishing a new location in Romania. Triopt Romania SRL focuses on the planning of mobile networks in Germany.
Joining vitronet Holding offered both the Triopt Group and its customers new opportunities and perspectives. Together they were able to combine their strengths and develop innovative solutions for the ever-changing requirements of the telecommunications market.
A second office building in Moers not only provides Triopt Group with more space, but also serves as an expression of its continued success. It creates a modern and inspiring working environment for employees and also demonstrates Triopt Group’s commitment to sustainability and environmental friendliness.
In the summer of 2023, the construction of a new facility for the civil engineers has started on the neighbouring property. As soon as the building is completed, the company will move from Duisburg to Moers.
