Frequently asked questions.
This depends on the particular training program:
- IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d) & Office Management Assistant (m/f/d): Secondary school leaving certificate, A-levels or an equivalent qualification
- Metal worker for construction technology (m/f/d): Secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent qualification
- Civil engineering technician (m/f/d): At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
This depends on the particular training program:
- IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d), metal worker for construction technology (m/f/d) & office management clerk (m/f/d): 3 years
- Civil engineering technician (m/f/d): 3.5 years
Training starts on 01.08. or at a later date by arrangement.
We always publish our vacancies for training about a year before the training starts. There is no specific application deadline – the position is online until it is filled.
If you perform well, we will decide together with you in which area you would like to develop after your training, so that you also have a long-term future with the Triopt Group.
After you have submitted your application documents, we will check them promptly and then contact you by phone. We will then invite you to an interview at our office in Moers. If necessary, we will then organize a day for you to get to know us. We will then contact you with our decision.
Yes, the training is remunerated. The salary depends on the respective training course:
